Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Grease or butter a mini muffin pan.

Step 3

Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 4

Add the melted butter and the sour cream. Stir until all ingredients are mixed.

Step 5

Spoon into the mini muffin pan.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Let the rolls cool, then remove from the pan.

Very good rolls and we used the mini muffin tin but I was wondering about next time adding some seasoning such as oregano or paprika. Thanks for sharing.

These were so easy to make, and they're really tasty. I can't find my mini muffin tin, so I used a standard muffin tin and we had 12 delicious rolls. These are easy enough to prepare that you can make them on busy nights that you don't have a lot of time to cook but still want something good to eat. Thanks, Whatamigonnaeatnext. We loved them!

These are delicious and different little rolls! I filled my mini muffin cups a wee too full so I didn't get the full 24, so be mindful of that when you are making these. We served them with pot roast and they were buttery and a bit tangy - a nice accompaniment.
