  • When selecting fish fillets, look for fresh, firm, and odorless fillets.
  • Choose a salsa that is low in sodium and has a flavor that complements the fish.

  • Substitute the fish fillets with tofu: This substitution is great for those who are vegan or looking for a plant-based alternative. The tofu will absorb the flavors of the salsa and Parmesan cheese, making it a tasty and nutritious dish.
  • Substitute the Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast: This substitution is great for those who are vegan or looking for a dairy-free alternative. Nutritional yeast is packed with B vitamins and adds a nutty, cheesy flavor, making it a great replacement for Parmesan cheese.

This is so simple and so good - we loved it. I used fresh catfish and medium hot salsa. Ten minutes and it was cooked perfectly Thanks Dreamer for a lovelydinner 2 Oct 2017 I love easy recipes especially when they taste as great as this recipe. Takes a minute or two to get ready and about 15 minutes in the oven. Out comes fish that is moist & tasty. I used fresh wild snapper filets. This is not the first time that I have made this recipe nor will it be the last!
