Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

This is so simple and so good - we loved it. I used fresh catfish and medium hot salsa. Ten minutes and it was cooked perfectly Thanks Dreamer for a lovelydinner 2 Oct 2017 I love easy recipes especially when they taste as great as this recipe. Takes a minute or two to get ready and about 15 minutes in the oven. Out comes fish that is moist & tasty. I used fresh wild snapper filets. This is not the first time that I have made this recipe nor will it be the last!
