Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil macaroni until tender. Drain

Step 2

In a greased 9x9 inch baking dish, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, pepper, onion powder, beaten egg and 2 1/2 cups (or more) sharp cheddar cheese together. Mix in drained macaroni.

Step 3

Top with Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 4

Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

I LOVE LOVE this recipe and so easy to make, Here's what I did, I added in another 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and I'm glad I did because 1 1/2 cups would not have be cheesy enough, also 2 teaspoons garlic powder and onion powder also some pepper and salt, I was worried it may be dry so I added a few tablespoon of margarine, I'm going to make it again and add some spinach and cooked shredded chicken, thank you very much for posting this great pasta recipe!
