Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup dry macaroni pasta
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional, I add it)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 large egg, light beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (you could use more)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil macaroni until tender. Drain

  • Step 2: In a greased 9x9 inch baking dish, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, pepper, onion powder, beaten egg and 2 1/2 cups (or more) sharp cheddar cheese together. Mix in drained macaroni.

  • Step 3: Top with Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Step 4: Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
