"I've been looking for an easy Chicken Curry recipe for a long time that didn't require tons of ingredients. This is what I came up with. I serve it with curried rice. Ya, I know, that's a lot of curry, but we like it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add cooking oil to wok or pan.
Step 2
Add hot pepper flakes, onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add chicken and saute until chicken turns light brown.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Pour in yogurt & lemon juice. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over rice.
