Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 yellow onion (small onion, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger root
  • 1 tomato, whole (medium tomato, chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 14 ounces yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add cooking oil to wok or pan.

  • Step 2: Add hot pepper flakes, onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.

  • Step 3: Add chicken and saute until chicken turns light brown.

  • Step 4: Add tomatoes, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

  • Step 5: Pour in yogurt & lemon juice. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

  • Step 6: Serve over rice.
