Step 1: Add cooking oil to wok or pan.
Step 2: Add hot pepper flakes, onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
Step 3: Add chicken and saute until chicken turns light brown.
Step 4: Add tomatoes, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
Step 5: Pour in yogurt & lemon juice. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Serve over rice.
