"This is a quick take off I made up as I went along. Ended up so darn good I just had to post a recipe. Looks so great and tastes even better. The Dal Makhani I used in this recipe is bought canned- so easy and very good.It is made by Jyoti called Dal Makhani. However if you are a purist I have also posted a recipe separately that I used years ago when I hosted many multi-culteral dinner parties (#10109). I also buy ready made Balti Sauce I like easy now. The tostados I like to use are flat & crisp by "Charras". If you use the deep bowl Tostados this recipe will make two."
