Step 1: Slowly heat the dal over medium/low heat
Step 2: Meanwhile brown the ground chicken for about 4 minutes or until cooked
Step 3: Add the Balti sauce to the chicken and keep warm over low heat.
Step 4: Lay out your 4 tostados, 2 on each of two plates
Step 5: Divide the dal between the four tortillas, be careful they are brittle
Step 6: Top with the Chicken Balti
Step 7: Add lettuce, then tomato & onion
Step 8: Put a tablespoon of chutney on top and add 4 slices of fresh bananas
Step 9: Looks like a special sundae Enjoy
Step 10: I eat it with my fingers but be careful the tostado can crack on you.
Step 11: Enjoy
