These wings go great with a side of beer. They came out tasty and the skin came out crispy. In place of the cayenne, I used pimenta moida (Portuguese hot sauce) and next time I may use a combination of cayenne and pimenta moida. Yum – will be making these again. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for Best of 2023 as recommended by ImPat.

OMG my wings (600 grams V Wings) were only marinated for about 6 hours and my small food processor could not turn a half recipe into a proper paste and unfortunately could not use mortar and pestle to do so due to kitchen renovations but with what I had it was very flavor fulsome wings which I cooked in a 175V oven for 40 minutes to get fall of the bone meat and served with cauliflower fried rice made for a great meal, thank you De, made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
