"I had dill pickle flavoured chicken wings at a local wing bar and really enjoyed them but I wanted to try and make a healthier version of them by cooking them in my actifry. This is what I came up with and I totally enjoyed these. This will serve 2 people as a main course. Please keep in mind that the marinade which is included in the calorie content, is discarded so this will not be as high. Also, when the wings are cooked in the actifry, you will have about 1/4 cup of fat drawn out of the wings which will be discarded. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free soy sauce."

This recipe was very good. Although I used chicken legs instead of wings, and since I don't have an Actifry, I roasted them in the oven at 425°F and they turned out browned and crispy.

Made a bacth of these on July 5th, we do not have an actifty so we did them in the oven. By accident they marinaded for 24 hours. The wife and daughter gobbled them up, we had no leftovers. Sorry there is no photo of them. These were quite tasty!
