""This is out of a 1999 WW Cookbook called "Quick Cooking for Busy People" DH has always rated all my cooking, and this is the 1st excellent rating on a chicken dish. Bless his heart, he asked what kind of meat is this?? Of course, after he said "this is excellent!" Oh! he hates chicken. This had 3 points on the old program""

This was quite good and a nice change of pace over the acidic tomato-based sauces that I usually use for my fettuccine dishes. The honey-dijon provides a fantastic flavor base, but it needs more spices or herbs to increase the flavor. I will make this again and try a little basil (maybe oregano) to boost the flavor. But my husband and I really liked this dish. Thanks TeresaS. Yum!
