Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (9 ounce) fresh fettuccine pasta (fresh, refrigerated)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
  • 1/3 cup fat-free salad dressing (honey-Dijon)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 package (10 1/8 ounce) cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (shredded, I just use cooked leftover chicken)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut pasta in half before cooking.

  • Step 2: Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.

  • Step 3: Add broccoli to pasta during last 3 minutes of cooking time.

  • Step 4: Drain well; place in large bowl.

  • Step 5: While pasta cooks, combine dressing and next 4 ingredients; stir well.

  • Step 6: Pour dressing mixture over pasta mixture.

  • Step 7: Add chicken, and toss gently.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle with pepper.
