"The mayo is the secret to this recipe it’s what locks in all the moisture in the fish, you can also use large thick salmon fillets in place of the steaks but I advise to leave the skin on for the best flavor, I prefer to use Atlantic salmon fillets but any salmon will do fine, these also may be made on the grill placed in a disposable foil pan and amounts may be doubled"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (set oven rack to lowest position).
Step 2
Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking.
Step 3
Rinse the salmon steaks under cold water then pat dry using paper towels.
Step 4
In a bowl mix/whisk the melted butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika; add to the glass baking dish.
Step 5
Add in the salmon steaks then turn to coat well and evenly in the butter/mayo mixture.
Step 6
Bake for about 20-22 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.
