Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces salmon fillets (2 fresh fillets, or steaks, about 1-inch thick, can use larger or small)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste (or can lemon pepper)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (set oven rack to lowest position).

  • Step 2: Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking.

  • Step 3: Rinse the salmon steaks under cold water then pat dry using paper towels.

  • Step 4: In a bowl mix/whisk the melted butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika; add to the glass baking dish.

  • Step 5: Add in the salmon steaks then turn to coat well and evenly in the butter/mayo mixture.

  • Step 6: Bake for about 20-22 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.
