Step by Step Method

Step 1

Open dates and fill each with 1 teaspoon cream cheese; press a whole pecan in to cover opening.

Step 2

Decorate a cheese tray or sandwich tray with them.

I used almonds for one and Cashews for the other - It's what I had on hand and they were lovely. I will be sure to have Pecans on hand for the next time. Lovely easy recipe. Nice finger food.

Wow! I loved the flavor and the crunch. I opted to stuff my date with pecan pieces as that was what I had in my pantry. This is my new favorite way to stuff dates! Made for Cookathon for Derf.
