"Feel free to replace the napa cabbage and red cabbage with a bagged coleslaw mix or any interesting blends of slaw mix. My photo is made with two bags of coleslaw mix and I left out the red peppers. Makes about 8 side dish servings or 4 mains."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and mix well; set aside.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.

Make sure salad is evenly coated with the dressing.

If not serving it immediately, cover and refrigerate until serving; give the salad a good toss before serving.

I made this with 5 1/2 cups of green cabbage. I used my mandolin for the carrots. One of these days I'll get a box grater. I used the same amounts of everything except I only had 1 tablespoon sesame oil. This was good! I liked the mixture of the flavors.
