Step 1

Mix together Catalina dressing, apricot jam, onion soup mix, and red pepper flakes if you want a spicier dinner.

Step 2

Spray inside of crockpot with Pam cooking spray.

Step 3

Lay chicken breasts in crockpot.

Step 4

Pour Catalina dressing mixture over chicken.

Step 5

Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.

Step 6

Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water.

Step 7

Stir into liquid in crockpot and cover and cook another 15 minutes

Oh my goodness, this is one delicious dish. It's quite easy to prepare, too. I wish I had served some white rice on the side, because the pan sauce is really good and would be great spooned over rice to keep it flavored and moistened.
