"This is a great tasting Beef Stroganoff and one I have really enjoyed. The ease of dumping everything in the crock pot saves time in the kitchen too! I love that it doesn't use cream of condensed soup, laden with all that extra sodium. A family favorite loaded with comfort and sure to tickle your taste buds!"

This is so delicious and so easy to make. Takes minutes to put together and then just let it mind itself. I use 2% cottage cheese instead of sour cream. Because the curds take some time to melt I add the cottage cheese right after turning it to low and let it cook for 6 hours. Perfect over any pasta. This will be a favorite stroganoff in this home.

Delicious and done exactly as per recipe and beautiful tender meat at 7 hours on low with lots of yummy sauce to mop up. Thank you LindasBusyKitchen, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.

This was great, even with using WW cream cheese and light sour cream. I forgot the garnish and served it like stew in bowls with bread. Thanks for sharing!
