Well, it's seems like I always do when making recipes with egg-roll wrappers, so here's a great way to use them up."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425-degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Combine first 3 ingredients (Parmesan - garlic powder).

Step 3

Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 strips lengthwise. Arrange strips on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Brush strips with melted butter, and sprinkle with cheese mixture.

Step 4

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Makes about 2 dozen strips.
