Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut tips from chicken wings and discard.

Step 2

Cut between the joint to separate each wing into 2 pieces (not necessary)

Step 3

Steam the wings in a large double pot for 10 minutes, dry with paper towels and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 5

Combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat; heat until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 6

Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.

Step 7

Dip chicken wing pieces in melted butter mixture; coat with Parmesan cheese mixture in the bowl.

Step 8

Arrange in the prepared baking dish; drizzle any remaining butter on top.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven until skin is browned and juices run clear, about 1 hour.

I made these as instructed, except for using parchment paper in lieu of the foil and these turned out perfectly crispy and juicy. They taste fantastic!!

What a tasty chicken wing...you can really taste the Parmesan cheese...I did have some difficulty flipping them because the coating was sticking to the oiled foil...next time I'm going to use parchment paper...and there will be a next time...made for "Billboard" tag game...
