"A very easy dip that goes great with pretzels. This is delicious with soft pretzels; but, it is just as good with your favorite store bought pretzels too. If you have a mini crock pot, this is perfect for this; or, you can use a small baking dish and prepare it in the oven. Perfect for potlucks, game day, or entertaining. This is from a small paperback cookbook called, "Tailgate Favorites." A collection of recipes from local tailgaters (Bucs Fans)."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dip ... Add everything to a bowl and mix to combine. I like to open the beer and let it rest 15 minutes or so before adding it to the bowl.
Step 2
Cook ... As I mentioned, this can be prepared in a 'mini' crock pot, or in the oven. Spray the inside of the crock pot or a baking dish with a non-stick spray, add the dip; and cook. Two (2) hours on low in the crock pot; or, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 3
Serve with soft pretzels or your favorite pretzels from the grocery store ... ENJOY!
