Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle or can beer, I prefer to use a light colored beer
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Campbells cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 (0.4 ounce) package Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
  • Garnish: bacon bits
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dip ... Add everything to a bowl and mix to combine. I like to open the beer and let it rest 15 minutes or so before adding it to the bowl.

  • Step 2: Cook ... As I mentioned, this can be prepared in a 'mini' crock pot, or in the oven. Spray the inside of the crock pot or a baking dish with a non-stick spray, add the dip; and cook. Two (2) hours on low in the crock pot; or, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 3: Serve with soft pretzels or your favorite pretzels from the grocery store ... ENJOY!
