Delightful soup! Fast and easy to prepare. I did not use the salt or fish sauce but used lemon pepper and added cayenne for some heat. We both thoroughly enjoyed your soup! It will see repeats during this winter. Thank you for sharing! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Quite tasty and for this brisk day it sure hit the spot. Loved what the wine does as it gave it that certain je ne sais quoi that gave it some depth. Thank you, WAIGEN, for sharing. Made it for "For your Consideration" tag game.

Very good soup. I did skip the wine and used garlic powder for the garlic but otherwise followed as written for a very good soup. Thanks for sharing!
