"A friend brought these over for my holiday party this year and shared her recipe with me, these were so good! Yield is only estimated it will depend on how thick you slice the tortilla rolls, and also I didn't count how many my friend brought lol! Plan ahead the rolls have a 24 hour refrigeration time before slicing"

Spread a thin even layer over tortillas using a rubber spatula. Roll tightly then roll the tortilla rolls tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Slice into pinwheels.
