  • 1 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped (measure 1 cup whole olives then chop)
  • 2 tablespoons pimentos, finely chopped
  • 1 package dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons canned jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (or adjust to taste)
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
