Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Step 2
Grease and flour 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Step 3
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Cut in shortening.
Step 5
Add enough water to orange juice to make 3/4 cup and add to batter.
Step 6
Add egg, cheese, cranberries, nut and stir to combine.
Step 7
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Step 8
Bake 60 to 70 minute, or until wooden toothpick inserted into center of loaf come out clean.
Step 9
Let loaf stand 8 hours.
