"Taste of Home has been generous this yr sharing recipes for the holiday season starring cranberries. This easy-fix & ingredient-friendly recipe was credited to Heidi Mellon of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Here in Iceland, this recipe would work as an appy, a dessert combo when paired w/a sweet item or as welcome potluck fare. BUT expect it to go fast for the latter option & that's the main reason I entered it to serve 16. A 12-in pizza can be cut easily in 12 wedges or 16 smaller wedges. The latter seemed more appropriate for guest or potluck occasions. ENJOY!"

These are classic ingredients that really go together. And this one definitely straddles the sweet and savory worlds. I tried drizzling a little balsamic over it, and that worked well, since it has both a sweet and tart element to it too. I think this could also be a snack or meal, especially a breakfast. Good flavors.
