Crab and mushrooms, for me equals winner! Looking for new to us appetizers had me do half a batch, they were as delicious as I thought they would be! Passed with flying colors, recipe has been added to my Appetizer Cookbook. A big thank for sharing AcadiaToo!

The filling recipe was enough to fill two 6" portabella mushrooms generously. I baked these at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes and they turned out perfectly!! Sooooo good. These will be made again and again. Thanks for sharing this recipe here.

We love crab in these parts and I bought fresh to make this. I too added lemon in with the stuffing and again before serving. I also added a sprinkling of cajun seasoning for a twist. They came out so well that I am made them again a week later for company and they went crazy for them! Looks like another winner for the grabbing!

I too added lemon to these, following Linda's review. I can't remember when I have enjoyed an appetizer more than these mushrooms. I am a firm believer that if you find a recipe that you love, make it and make it often, and that's what I plan to do!
