  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons shallots (minced)
  • 1/2 cup crab meat (lump crab)
  • 8 portabella mushrooms (caps)
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms (baby bellas)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Step 2: Rub baking dish with 1-teaspoon butter.

  • Step 3: Melt rest of butter in skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 5: Add chopped mushrooms and saute for about 2-minutes.

  • Step 6: Mix mixture with bread crumbs and crab for another 2-minutes.

  • Step 7: Fill mushroom caps with mixture and bake for 15-17 minutes.
