Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2: Rub baking dish with 1-teaspoon butter.
Step 3: Melt rest of butter in skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Add shallots and saute until wilted.
Step 5: Add chopped mushrooms and saute for about 2-minutes.
Step 6: Mix mixture with bread crumbs and crab for another 2-minutes.
Step 7: Fill mushroom caps with mixture and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Step 8: Serve immediately.
