"I have based this on JustJanS's Lighter Crab Dip and hers was based on Pet-R-I's full fat version. For my version due to dietary needs I had to omit the garlic and green/spring onion and sub the parmesan cheese for sharp cheddar cheese and due to the cost of crabs used tin crab."

Step 1

Grease an oven proof dish (about 6 cup capacity) and preheat oven to 180C, or moderate temperature.

Step 2

Mix together all ingredients apart from panko crumbs and extra cheddar cheese.

Step 3

Pour into prepared baking dish, sprinkle the top with panko and extra parmesan, then bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
