Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 340 grams crab meat (1 x 170 gram cans)
  • 250 grams low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 400 gram artichoke hearts (in brine, very well drained, dried and chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated (extra)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease an oven proof dish (about 6 cup capacity) and preheat oven to 180C, or moderate temperature.

  • Step 2: Mix together all ingredients apart from panko crumbs and extra cheddar cheese.

  • Step 3: Pour into prepared baking dish, sprinkle the top with panko and extra parmesan, then bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
