Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook mushrooms in one pan with butter and season to taste.

Step 2

Cook 3 slices bacon until crisp.

Step 3

Toast bread and butter lightly, cut into 3rds.

Step 4

In another skillet scramble eggs in butter and season to taste.

Step 5

On plate, have 3 strips of toasts.

Step 6

Place mushrooms on evenly.

Step 7

Cover with the bacon.

Step 8

Then place eggs equally on top.

I do mind extra dishes so followed your advice and cooked everything in 1 pan. lol. I cooked the bacon first, and then cooked the mushrooms and then the eggs in bacon grease. It added so much flavor too. This was a fun way to change up the presentation of bacon, eggs, and toast. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Dee.
