Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- Bacon
- 3 ounces bacon (3 slices)
- Toast
- 1 ounce white bread (1 slice)
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Eggs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
How to Make

Step 1: Cook mushrooms in one pan with butter and season to taste.

Step 2: Cook 3 slices bacon until crisp.

Step 3: Toast bread and butter lightly, cut into 3rds.

Step 4: In another skillet scramble eggs in butter and season to taste.

Step 5: On plate, have 3 strips of toasts.

Step 6: Place mushrooms on evenly.
How to Make

Step 7: Cover with the bacon.

Step 8: Then place eggs equally on top.
