Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Then butter a 9x13 casserole pan.

Step 2

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium low heat, mixing with a spoon until cheese is melted.

Step 3

Stir in garlic salt and onion powder and Swiss cheese, mix until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Step 4

In the greased pan, place cooked pasta, chicken, ham and bacon. Pour the sauce over top and lightly stir.

Step 5

In a small bowl mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.

Step 6

Bake uncovered for around 22-25 minutes until heated through and top is light brown.
