Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces dry penne pasta (cooked only to about halfway, drained)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 6 to 8 bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup cooked cubed ham
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F. Then butter a 9x13 casserole pan.

  • Step 2: In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium low heat, mixing with a spoon until cheese is melted.

  • Step 3: Stir in garlic salt and onion powder and Swiss cheese, mix until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

  • Step 4: In the greased pan, place cooked pasta, chicken, ham and bacon. Pour the sauce over top and lightly stir.

  • Step 5: In a small bowl mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.

  • Step 6: Bake uncovered for around 22-25 minutes until heated through and top is light brown.
