Daily Inspiration

Absolutely delicious salad -- loved everything about this coleslaw. I used toasted candied pecans and organic gala apples. Soooo good. This is a great summer salad that I'm sure I will be making often. : )

Wonderful coleslaw that everyone enjoyed. So easy too - all the veggies and apple were sliced/shredded in the food processor - so all I had to do was put them in the bowl with the pecans and the dressing. Toss and it's done! This one is a keeper! Thanks for sharing!
