"This is one of my favorite frosting recipes; I could eat this stuff with a spoon, lol. I don't know where I found this recipe but I have been using it for ages."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Step 2
Dissolve coffee granules in hot prepared coffee.
Step 3
Add to creamed mixture; beat until blended.
Step 4
Add 7 cups icing sugar.
Step 5
Continue to beat until light and fluffy.
Step 6
Stir in bitters.
Step 7
If needed, add more icing sugar to bring to spreading consistency
