Step 1: Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Step 2: Dissolve coffee granules in hot prepared coffee.
Step 3: Add to creamed mixture; beat until blended.
Step 4: Add 7 cups icing sugar.
Step 5: Continue to beat until light and fluffy.
Step 6: Stir in bitters.
Step 7: If needed, add more icing sugar to bring to spreading consistency
