This was quite good, and we all enjoyed it. I served it over plain steamed white rice, and the sauce helped to flavor and moisten the rice quite nicely. This is a really easy (and quick) recipe to prepare. My only change is that 8oz of chicken didn't seem to be adequate for 4 people (and it very well could be that we have more robust appetites than others), so I doubled the amount of chicken, but otherwise left all other ingredients in the amounts listed, and that worked out well. Thank you for a great recipe, Dee. It was a wonderful dinner!
