My husband, sends you kudos, Dienia – as he said “Very good job on the chicken!” and he kept on talking about it and I agree! Because I wanted to use available vegetables in my fridge, used carrots in place of the mushrooms and broccoli, and used both yellow and red onion, but everything else I used. I increased the amount of marinade and sauce, and also, upped the ginger, and according to Nancy’s suggestion in her review, added garlic, and additional hoisin. Brother did it come out Yummers and so glad I tagged it. Thank you, Dienia, for sharing! Made it for Billboard tag..

Daily Inspiration

This stir-fry was easy to make and we enjoyed it. I omitted the green beans (just our preference) and unfortunately, I could not find snow peas (fresh or frozen). I doubled up on the broccoli and added all the other veggies. I felt the sauce could have used more flavor and I did add garlic - next time I might add more hoisin. Served over rice and dinner was served.
