  • Vegetable:
  • 1 cup red bell peppers,chopped
  • 1 cup onions,sliced
  • 1 cup whole green beans
  • 8 ounces mushrooms,sliced
  • 8 ounces snow peas
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets,sliced
  • Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup green onions,minced
