Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.

Step 2

Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

Step 3

Combine chicken and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.

Step 4

Place bread on prepared trays and spread bread with tomato past and top with chicken mixture, tomatoes, onion and cheese

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6

Top with yoghurt and coriander and serve with lime cheeks or wedges.
