Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.
Step 2: Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
Step 3: Combine chicken and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.
Step 4: Place bread on prepared trays and spread bread with tomato past and top with chicken mixture, tomatoes, onion and cheese
Step 5: Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: Top with yoghurt and coriander and serve with lime cheeks or wedges.
