Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 375 grams cooked chicken (shredded, 3 cups, skinless)
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce (sweet)
  • 4 (640 grams) naan bread
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt (natural yoghurt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • Lime cheeks or wedges, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.

  • Step 2: Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Combine chicken and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.

  • Step 4: Place bread on prepared trays and spread bread with tomato past and top with chicken mixture, tomatoes, onion and cheese

  • Step 5: Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 6: Top with yoghurt and coriander and serve with lime cheeks or wedges.
