Step by Step Method

Step 1

In oil saute carrots, onion, peppers, and celery. Add chicken.

When onions are browned lightly; add garlic. Add spices and herbs. Add cream of chicken soup, white beans, black beans. Add chicken stock. Add taco seasoning. Cook down 30 minutes at simmer.

I have never eaten Chickfila and don't intend to, but this soup was very good! I didn't have a green chili pepper, so I used a little can of mild green chili peppers and I used a "cheat" recipe for the cream of chicken soup. Hope your sister likes your version - we did!!
