Delicious! I agree with your previous reviewers these meatballs are light and moist. One of the best chicken meat balls I have ever tasted! Love super easy recipes that taste as good as they look.

These chicken balls are light, moist and very tasty. I only made half a recipe and I am sorry I didn't make the whole thing. I was a little heavy handed with the parmesan and hot sauce. I served them with some chutney on the side. This recipe is healthy and will be made over and over again. The temperature was not listed - I cooked them in a 375 oven for 25 minutes, perfect, I turned them over once Added info - when you mix everything together it seems very wet but after sitting in the fridge for 2 hours the mixture firms up enough to hold together as meatballs.

Great meatballs! Always looking for a good chicken meatball recipe. And yours fits the bill. Fast and easy to put together on a busy night. These wee babies will be made a lot. Sorry the pic is not up to par, the lighting was not good. Thank you Sara for sharing your recipe!
