Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the first 6 ingredients together, chill for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Spread the low fat margarine on the 4 slices of bread. Spread half of the chilled chicken mix on 2 slices of the prepared bread. Top each with the other 2 prepared slices of bread, cut sandwichs into 2 or 4 pieces and serve.

I used Kalamata olives and just regular yellow mustard to make this because I didn't want it to be sweet. It was a great sandwich and I will make it again. Thanks for another great sandwich idea Derf! Linda
