Step 1: Mix the first 6 ingredients together, chill for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Spread the low fat margarine on the 4 slices of bread. Spread half of the chilled chicken mix on 2 slices of the prepared bread. Top each with the other 2 prepared slices of bread, cut sandwichs into 2 or 4 pieces and serve.
