Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black olives chopped
  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • Bread slices (4 slices of bread)
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat margarine

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the first 6 ingredients together, chill for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2: Spread the low fat margarine on the 4 slices of bread. Spread half of the chilled chicken mix on 2 slices of the prepared bread. Top each with the other 2 prepared slices of bread, cut sandwichs into 2 or 4 pieces and serve.
